If your proposal says "In Progress", it has NOT been submitted.

Once submitted, the status will remain "Pending" throughout the entire registration process to allow for advisor or e-board updates.

To request changes, please email leadership@cpp.edu. We’ll deny your current proposal so you can resubmit with updates.
This is not mandatory but encouraged for continuing clubs, especially if you’ve made major changes or amendments.

Hello, Club & Organization Presidents! As a reminder, we have extended the deadline for you to submit the Club & Org Proposal to Wednesday, May 7, 11:59pm. If you are unable to provide a Proposal by that time, you should plan to register your club in October, for the Spring semester 2026.

Continuing Club Next Steps
- Bylaws Review (April 30 - May 20)
- This step is not mandatory, but recommended for continuing clubs. If you have any major changes/amendments to your bylaws, please submit for review. Bylaws will be checked upon final registration.

- Each executive board member will recieve an email directly from Gallup with instructions to take the Polystrengths Assessment. Completion is mandatory and must be done by May 10th. - Each club/organization must have three authorized signers for their ASI account: President, Treasurer, and one additional student signer.
- The third signer must complete the required Leadership Toolkit workshop to approve ASI Financial Services transactions.
- Work Study required
- Students who are familiar with the club/org registration process, 25live, FSL, and leadership are preferred
- Clubs & Organizations should have submitted their annual budgets to their Council. Budgets require an Advisor’s signature.
- Purchase Orders (POs), Disbursement Requests (DRs), for expenses and reimbursement are continually turned in to ASI Financial Services. These documents require an Advisor’s signature. If you are no longer serving as Advisor, or you experience difficulty accessing these documents (in OnBase DocuSign or AdobeSign), please let me know.
- Club & Organization, and Council elections are taking place for the 2025-26 academic year. A President, Treasurer, Scheduler, and Advisor, must be identified. Current Presidents are required to submit a Club Proposal identifying the 2025-26 Eboard. Deadline for Proposals is April 20.
- New this year: ASI Financial Services requires that an additional student be on file as an Authorized Signer. This is in addition to the President and Treasurer.

All workshops are hosted on . If you do not see the sessions on your Assigned Learning page within ɫ Learning, please contact us. We need to add you to the system before you can access the workshops so that the system recognizes you and gives you credit for completing each workshop.

Did you just have an election? Are you not fully registered yet?
Please refer to the Club/Org Registration Timeline. All newly elected Presidents, Treasurers, Authorized Signer, and Schedulers have to go through the multi-step semesterly registration process. The Change the Board form below is only meant to be done mid-Semester after the organization is fully registered.

Notify the Bronco Leadership Center with the .
The form is closed! What do I do?
If it is closed it is because you should be using the normal registration timeline to tell the Bronco Leadership Center who the new President, Treasurer, Authorized Signer, and Scheduler. The form is closed at the end of Spring semester and reopens mid-Fall semester.
Please . This should only be done by the President of the organization
Student organizations that are required through national affiliation or by affiliated local organizations with a separate 501(c) status to hold an off-campus bank account may do so with approval of the Vice President for Administrative Services (or designee). Electronic payment methods such as, but not limited to, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle, are considered to be off-campus bank accounts.

Requesting an Exemption
To request approval to for an off-campus bank account the student organization President or Treasurer must submit the by the posted deadline and provide the following documents to the BLC. Completed packets will be submitted by the BLC to the Vice President and CFO of Administration & Finance’s Office. The packet shall include:
- A copy of the request form
- A letter from the national or local affiliated organization specifying the requirement or mandate for the student organization to bank off-campus. The affiliated organization must use the following bank exemption letter template (DOCX file).
- A copy of the affiliate’s current and completed Form 990.
- If the affiliated organization has 501(c) status but is not required to submit a Form 990 to the IRS, the student organization can submit the affiliate’s Form W-9.
- Use this email template (DOCX file) to contact the affiliate organization to request a copy of Form 990 or Form W9.
- Approval is provided at the discretion of the Vice President and CFO of Administration & Finance.
Upon Approval
- The Clubs and Orgs Coordinator shall maintain a list of all approved exemptions annually and ASI will have access to the approved list for the most up to date information.
- Approvals are good for 1 academic year.
- Incomplete submissions will NOT be considered.
Your advisor will have to complete their advisor session in ɫ Learning. Please email us at leadership@cpp.edu so we can add your new advisor to the training. Once the training is complete and the BLC confirms, the President must add the new advisor in the organization MyBAR roster and remove the old advisor.
